I heard about software that might be useful. Let’s give the IT guy a call and discuss. Ok, he approves and you buy an expensive server only to be replaced every 3 to 5 years. Then you buy software to be installed on the server. Then you have to connect everybody in the office to the server to get access to the software. Oops almost forgot, the IT guy needs to make regular backups to ensure continuity in the event of a disaster.
